Mr. Bata Krishna Palata
Founder, Director, CEO
Mr. Bata Krishna Palata is a mechanical engineering professional with more than 26 years of experience across tooling, product development, automotive and sheet-metal components, muffler and exhaust components, new product development, process development, tool troubleshooting and manufacturing excellence.
He began at the grassroots level, building practical, hands-on expertise before progressing through continuous learning, technical leadership and problem solving.
Mr. Rajesh K. Behera
Co-Founder
Mr. Rajesh K. Behera is the Co-Founder of Shiva Engineering and Shiva Stampings, with more than 16 years of experience in tooling, machining and tool manufacturing. Combining strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in tool development and manufacturing, he has played an important role in building and strengthening the companies’ tooling capabilities. His experience and technical leadership contribute significantly to the companies’ focus on quality, precision, timely development and customer satisfaction.
